When you are doing the tucked planche try to keep your arms as straight as possible (this makes is harder but is best exercise for the real planches) and also bring your hips as high as possible.

I can do it into a headstand but that's pretty easy it's basically a controlled faceplant The hard part I think is pushing your arms and legs up together... it just requires so much strength.

I can stall in an L-seat out of a kash vault and then bring my legs through into the tucked planche but i can't push up into the handstand ... |
