Reasons voice acting isn't really a good idea
- For the quality to sound good in the game, we'd need to use better recording equipment, which would be expensive.
- We are getting a lot of teenagers offering to help, but funnily enough, no adults, which doesn't work well with the story .
- It will take a long time to do, and definetly increase the file size .
- If we find someone to act the main character, and half way through we lose contact with them (happened before), then all of the 2000 lines that they spoke have gone to waste. _________________

u could do the thing they do i sid mears pirates and have voices saying things like mehemehemmeallemagamme and then have the text underneath. and then all you have to do is get one or two preople to act different voices by going higher or lower |

That's ok in games like that, but in adventure games where the dialogue is the main aspect, I imagine that would get annoying. _________________
