Who is he is it an actually person who sits writing the games or does he run the company or is it the company, i know he/they make splinter cell and and those team based games where you have objectives

He was born in the 1940s, and was an American author of political thrillers which were heavily based on intelligence and military science. His books became popular and famous, and many authors have also used his name as a brand in their titles.

Then in 1996 I think, he co-founded the computer game company "Red Storm Entertainment", who had their games published by UBI Soft, and have made several succesful titles including:

Rainbow Six
Ghost Recon
Splinter Cell
