I did the exact opposite: I used it extensively and the pain is gone

My face is fine. You can now hardly see my scar. My injury is healing, unlike SOME people's. Shame!!!! MY shin is fine, too. I'm in tip-top condition, ready to destroy evrything all over again.

Patrick can you stop firing insults and trying to create arguments? Just because SOME people can do kong vaults/front flips and you can't doesn't mean you have to resort to that kind of childish behaviour Razz

Sorry, Steve ... I was just 'trying to shake things up' ...

It's quite uncharacteristic of me. I hope your shoulder completely heals thanks to 'Hysteria's detailed advice.

Your feather threat made me lol, so I can't say anything bad now. Smile

Carefull you don't hurt yourself too badly Patrick. Also don't spam too much, my brother once spammed so much on a forum they made a smiley that was spam, they also changed the censor on the forums to reject his favorite phrase "feel my wrath" became "fell my dingleberries" lol

In other news I kicked my football onto the neighbours roof and climbed up and got it. Then I jumped off the roof onto the grass in my garden and did a roll and it didn't hurt!!! Cool

Nice one on the climbing. How high was the roof?

Spamming isn't too much of a problem on this forum... as long as the posts aren't completely pointless then it's ok. I did however merge Patrick's 3 posts in which he tried to get the message "You knows it *****" through Wink

Also that avatar is a little too big... you said you had a lot of 100x100 animated ones, which I guess is ok, but this one is nearly 200x200 Razz so it kind of stretches the user info thing at the side.

Lol, yeah I do have quite a few 100x100 or 120x120 avatars but they're on my pc and it won't let me upload them, I will eventually upload them, but this is just a temporary avatar and I wanted to see what sort of reaction it got.

The roof was one story high and I had to jump a meter and a bit to land on the lawn but its fine Smile

My various injuries seem to be healing well Smile I've kept my wrist in a skate boarding/rollerblading wrist guard overnight for a few days and its almost completely healed. The bruises on my hip are gone, a few small cuts and scrapes are gone, and my ankle is nearly fully restored, so I reckon by the end of the week if I can prevent myself playing football, I'll be fine. Cool

How goes the shin james, and the shoulder steve?

The shoulder is completely healed. It doesn't hurt at all anymore. Thank you for asking. It's been too hot to do any tricking though but tomorrow will be cooler so I will probably do some stuff then Wink

Yeah thanks for asking... my shin seems to be healing, because I did a load of jogging and jumping today while exercising and it didn't hurt, and the swelling is a lot less noticable now.

Theo has amazing parkour skills! I've been too hot also, even to do crap tricks like I do usually. At least I call them tricks...

I love Theo's avatar, btw.

My face scar has also gone, btw. Now I am no longer 'faceplant' man, but I'll keep the name and everything for novelty value.

EDIT: Hey cool, Hi Patrick! hello! how are you?

EDIT2: Steve stop messing around with the moderation tools Razz

EDIT3: Ok, I'm sorry Wink

EDIT4: Hey leave me out of this, I didn't have anything to do with editing your post!.. until now

EDIT5: Steve you have to actually say it's you or no one knows who's talking

EDIT6: It was me

EDIT7: We really are taking this too far aren't we? Too bad Patrick hasn't noticed, Laughing

That wall sounds pretty good... perhaps some time next week we could film us climbing it or jumping off it into a roll Smile. You're talking about the wall at the side of your garden that used to have a flooded ditch under it right?

Yeah, that one, but we've got a new patio now and the ditch has been filled in and covered up.

In other news, I was playing football yesterday and I ploughed my foot into the groundon the top of my toes Crying or Very sad Dear god does it hurt
