That is so funny- you've become the real pro now. You're probably right about the exercise stuff, though. _________________ Face plant |

There's loads of useful advice but I can't be bothered to write it all out. Here are some tips from it.
Men's Health wrote: | Failure is not an option
Lifting to muscular failure doesn't build strength better than doing a specified number of repititions. They claim the besy way for beginners to build strength is to lift 60% of their one-rep max in four sets of 10-15 reps per muscle group, three times a week. But those who've been training for more than six months should lift heavier weights less frequently. |
Men's Health wrote: | Healing Feeling
Get off you heels to heal quicker. Skin wounds heal 25% faster (10 days sooner onaverage) in those who exercise regularly compared to those who don't. |
Men's Health wrote: | Breathign Lessons
Swim faster by breathign less. Researchers at the University of the Pacific in California found that breathing after every eigth arm stroke, instead of the second or third, produced the same stamina-building benefits but with less effort. The effect maximised the amount of oxygen sucked from the lunghs, allowing more of it to feed the muscles |
Men's Health wrote: | Eat two lunche
Yes, you read that right. First, this will get you into the holiday eating habit: many small, interesting snacks throughout the day rather than the three square, dull ones you normally eat when you're at home. More importantly, if you make yourshel two chicken sandwhiches on wholegrain today, you'll be in significantly better shape when you hit the beach.
You should try eating one at 11am and then having your second "lunch" at 3pm. With two small muscle-building protein meals such as these you won't want to each much more in the evening - prime time for putting on the pounds - and you'll find that you have a lot mroe energy for a better post-work tgym session. Furthermore, this meal plan will help you to keep your insulin levels steady. |

Aww
If you keep practicing and if you listen to my advice, you'll learn soon enough All you need is practice and repetition. Ze Repetition iz VERY impòrtant
I mean; You've only been doing it for what.. 3 days? And you already know loads of vaults, even one vault I can't do properly yet and other techniques. You try almost everything I do, you might not get it instantly.. But at least you try! And that's the most important part of all! _________________ Moderator, Developer, Free Running newbie |
