Yes. Especially since you don't have a PS2 so you can't get THUG.
I only have PCs and a PS1, adn THUG won't come out on PC for a long time, so I bought TGPS4, and it is really good. You really shoudl get it. A lot better than THPS3.

But I though your PS2 was broken 
And it won't come out on PC for so long, that it is worth getting THPS4 in the waiting.

I have already got THPS4 on the PS2 and it is really good but i just cant wait for THUG it is going to be so cool.
