this has been bothering me for nearly forever!!! Shocked

okay, here's how we're going to decide a company name:

1) there are open nominations for names. any suggestions go. you can nominate up to three names up until this upcoming monday, october 6, 2003.

2) depending on how many nominations there are, each person will get a certain amount of votes. let's say there were 15 choices, each person would get something like 5 votes. the names with the least or no amounts of votes are eliminated. the voting process keeps going until we are down to two names. once there are two left, i'll open an official poll and it will come down to the two final choices. whichever one receives more votes by a certain deadline will win.

isaacarts

here's my three suggestions:
revelation games
poseidon games
mindblast games

the now existing list is:
james*games
snowblind games
isaacarts
revelation games
poseidon games
mindblast games

once you've made your three suggestions, please post the list of already existing names, plus your three. if you'd like, you can just post the already existing list with your suggestions on it in bold rather than name your suggestions, then say them again in the list. in either case, remember that suggestions/nominations are only until 12:00 am GMT on monday, oct. 6. remember to mark your calendars! Wink

But you can;t just have a name and that's it. For a proper company, it has to be registered, so there are legal issues with the name, like some are probably already taken.

And i was going to ask a professional about the names soon. He can think of great, origional, catchy names.

And anyway, we shouldn't register any companies until we have enough money to support one, which would probably be after our commercial; game is released.
