Im thinking about possibly asking to join u, but first a few questions
1) Wot type of programming do you use
2) I would presume no money is to be made from this, so is there a certain amount of time a week you need to dedicate to the company
3) Any specific requirements, prior knowledge/experience, or do you offer some sort of training
4) Wot type of games do you specialize in (RPG, RTS, TBG, etc)

Well... for DOTA, becuase it is a 3D adventure, we are using an adventure game engine called SLUDGE.

For our first game (DOTA), we are probably going to sell it for free (or maybe not), and then gain expirience from it. But we are plannning on making our future games commercial. And helpers will probably get a % of the money made.
And you can put in as much or as little time as you think is right,

Not really any requirements. And if you need any help with your job, there is a private forum for the developers where you can get help.

At the moment, we are starting off with adventure games (becuase they are easy, and I like them  ). But as we go on, we will do different games. And eventually, we will be able to do anything.

Those answers sounds good enuf, where do I sign?
I may have next to zero knowledge but we all have to start somewhere and I do have an extensive background with modding games (being that Ive modded more or less every PC game I own)
