So the people who can pay:

  • James (£4 or something)
  • darkmonkey (£5 max)
  • Steve (£3.50, if he can)
  • gtdwozere (as much as other people do)
  • terroramanga (£3.50)

So so far we have about £20, which is good. Thanks to everoyne who said they could probably pay Wink

Hmm. Just taking over a server that no one uses much would be better, but I am still willing to pay if everyone else is.

Yeah but the thing is when a few people join a server loads more people start joining, and it fills up.

You can get servers for £20, and there are still people who might give something. Most servers are about £25, so we're really close.

I can raise to £7 or something, but I would prefer more people to pay £5 than me pay £7 and everyone else pay £3.50 Razz

Hmm. Half these people in the clan have never been in a match that I have played in, it's always james, jonny, steve, michael, xaxle and pleebo...I have seen some other people about on here, but some (Like "Sin", for instance) I have never seen, he doesn't contribute to the forums, and doesn't play in DOTA CSS games. Surely as there are so many people who want to play in the clan match on here, and they are also the ones offering to pay for the server (I know that's not directly how it works, but you should take it into account), maybe they should be able to play in the clan match. I am not personally saying that I should, because a) I suck, and b) I've just joined the clan and more people want to more.

The people who want to enough to organise one themselves (like Michael) should surely get to play - James, you didn't even want a match and yet you are playing. I know it is your clan, but if other people want to play, and you don't think it is a good idea, give them a chance.

Just my two cents.

Neil is Kakashi-Sensei on the forums.

See here for why i think the two matches are a good idea.

And the people who are going to pay for the clan server will get their advantage when the clan server comes Wink

I spoke with Azrael. The clan match will almost definetly be on Saturday at 7pm. The first match will be the top 5 match, and will last for under an hour. 6 spectator slots avaliable.

Then we'll play the big match. 8 on 8. We need to sort out the team for that one. It will be people who didn't play in the first.
