Because then some people pay nothing, while others pay loads. We need a fixed, constant amount.

Or you could just get paypal. You don't actually need a credit card - your mum or dad could send £10 into your paypal account, which could be then sent to James, without you needing a credit card.

. Doesn't PayPal have some sort of a fee to use?
