what they didnt get the rights to alians??? well if the rights to alians isnt free then james' game is kinda screwed!  |

| Bad Brain didn't get the rights for Sam and Max 2. However, they haven't given up. They are now trying to get in touch with Steve Purcell, creator of the Sam and Max characters. Let's hope they figure something out. |

Ah, alright. So if they get the rights with Steve Purcell they'll be making a new game from scratch instead of using the unfinished code?
