No. Its only on gba and Dreamcast but Dreamcast is old now so....

No, not nesaserily.
eg Splinter Cell is exactly the same on Gba and on PS2 and Xbox.

Isn't the Gampeplay compeltely diffferent?

Splinter Cell PS2 - 3D
GBA - 2D side scroller

?


That makes the gmaes quite different.
