The popular replacement pack for Counter-Strike is making a return but this time you get to enjoy it in all the high definition of the Source engine for Counter-Strike: Source. The pack includes a myriad of new additions including new weapon models, player models, sounds and HUD replacements. Here's a full list of features:

So...the fusion pack has been released but unfortunately they've made thinbgs look well...wrong. First of all the weapons look way cooler that the cs ones, they look newer and shinier and more advanced, also there are actually the proper names of the guns/rifles etc. eg. they actually call the maverick, the colt... The dissappointing thing is that what the ts and cts wear look ugly and really puts me off, also the hud looks crap, but some of you may like it.

I really don't like it. The HUD looks really bad - it's much too small. The old CSS HUD was fine as it is.
The weapons are terrible - they look like something out of CS 1.6. The trance music at the end of every round is annoying, and the voices sound really home-done.
The CSS weapons were fine as they are, so I see no reason to replace them with old models. They didn't even give it as a zip file so you can choose which models you want- they made it an installer.
That's enought criticisms from me, so here are some other peoples':

Probably on their site (which they force you to go through to download the product), they have donations and adverts. The only reason people use the adverts and donation thing is because of the pack on the site.

lol, i looked at the pics and the guns look way smoother and more detailed but im not sure about it and it will probably run slower as well because of all the extra stuff.  |

Yes it doesn't look quite detail in the sceenshots above but I must admit they do look smoother and more detailed when you actually play with them and the weapon models look newer, shinier and more futuristic. Shame about the cts and ts models, the hud and the sound.

I don't think it does run slower when I played it, it ran jus fine.

well, it's ok not that bad but i prefer the old one but ofcourse you could try it out to see if u like it or not, if not you could always delete it. The weapons are way cooler, just the rest are not as gd.
