It's ok, but the only way to brake is to scrape off the front of your shoes 
But it's ok.

so luging is much better
(btw, it is only really called a Human Dart if you are playing THPS3, and you are in that grind. It has a proper name but I forgot it  )

You can't really do the human dart because you have to do it while grinding. Oh yeah luging is fun

Um. It is luging and u use a skateboard (thats a plank of wood fixed to some wheels) and u lie down on it and and then go down hills at top speeds!
