Das Mole, it's highly unlikely that we know each other. Timezones are rather large, broad areas. But, where are you from? what state? NVM. Illinois. I don't know anyone from Illinois. I went to Iowa a year ago. Didn't make any friends. Because I'm fat. 6 foot 4, and over 250 lbs., most of it fat. I did scare the crap out of some teenagers in a theme park. I noticed this kid, about my age sitting on a bench, and, I was bored out of my mind, so I started over to go talk to him, when his sister and a couple of other girls came up. Well, instead of continuing over to say hi, I just started following them. Scared the crap out of these kids. And then, after I followed them on the bumper cars, they started trying to get away. They actually went and told some of the workers at the park that I was following them. Well, I held back, tried to get away, and then I found them again, in my struggle to get away. At this point, they were thoroughly frightened. Well, in the end, I talked to the kid, made up some crap story about something, and they said they had to leave. It was embarassing, yet hilarious at the same time... Well. This is about as off topic as it gets. Wait. This is the official off topic thread. "My leg is bleeding..." What does that have to do with anything?

THANKS! That would be very cool of you. And it would be cooler if you could teach me php. Well, sorry if I created the official off topic thread. I was looking for something to talk about. I wanted to start a thread, but I didn't have one here yet. Razz

But back to the topic. Is there anyone else working on the project that hasn't posted yet. And for the members who aren't working on the project:

Are you working on any other projects?

I am currently in production of 2 games besides DOTA. I'm using AGS, but its a good learning experience. I'm told AGS's scripting style is similar to that of C. I hope to one day produce my own games without using an engine.

James, I'm too lazy to log in to my email right now, so I'll tell you here. I CANNOT log in... I once got it to let me, but when I tried to upload my files, it told me I wasn't logged in, and wouldn't let me log in anymore. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I feel so stupid.

I think i fixed it. The ftp host is not ftp:\\meleepta.dotagame.com, it's just meleept.dotagame.com, and your username is meleepta@dotagame.com, and you know your password Wink

Thanks. I got it figured out. I'm using Maguma Studio to save my files to the site right now!

EDIT: James we have a problem. I cannot directly log in to the ftp host, so I'm using Maguma Studio. But, I can't save images using Maguma...

I mean, I have no way of logging in. Maguma is designed for editing PHP files, but it also handles PHP, CSS, regular text files, and well, every kind of text file. It has a button to save files to your FTP account, and that's how I saved my HTML docs. But I can't save my images. Don't ask why. I have never had an FTP account. Just point me... somewhere.

EDIT: I'm too lazy to correct myself. My brain is elsewhere.

Is that a problem with the program you are using, or dotagame.com? Have you tried it with more than one program and the same problem has happened on both programs?

And, if you want, you could e-mail me all the contents of your site, and i'll upload them for you, to save time now Smile
