Nope, it was all done in photoshop, with a 1px brush (and the fill tool)

Do you still need more dialogue writers? I can perhaps help a little. I'm not really that hard-working, but I just want to help out and stuff.
And WILL this game feature voice-acting? Because I'm thinking of doing a little voice-acting and such. But I don't have a microphone yet, but I'll let you know when I get one. |

If you could help with dialogue for DOTA that would be great - I'm sure GPHemsley would appreciate some help  . We did have another dialogue writer, who was doing half of the dialogue, but he seems to be really busy and hardly ever comes online anymore.
We probably will not be including voice acting in DOTA, because this is our first game, we want to learn from it how to make our next game better, and then we can spend more time on that, using the techniques we have learned.
Here are the three main reasons we aren't using voice acting in DOTA:
- It cuts down on a lot of time
- We would need a proper recording studio to make good quality voices
- We have a lot of teenagers offering to help with the voices, but not many adults, which is probably what there will be most of in the game
But we may well include voice acting in this next 'top secret' game, so when we get to it, we'll see who can help
