We need more items in the shop!

OK, we need more items in the shop. because then it will make the forums a lot more fun - if there is a lot to buy. So, any ideas?

Once I have a lot of things in the shop, I will put up more points related things liek a bank, a lottery etc.

So, we need ideas.

lets a user buy a simple design to have as a backdrop for each post they have.

shiny name

like buying a color, only it's shiny

split color

lets a user have two colors and/or glows in their name. such as in my name, i could have 'das' be black and glow red while 'mole' is white and glows green. when you buy this, you have to buy it separately for each one, so you cannot buy it once and have split glow and color, only one or the other for each time you buy it.

that's all i can think of for now Very Happy

background - That could be a good idea, except some people might get really horrible backgrounds, that are really crazy, and mean people can't read there posts. But if we made sure they didn't...

shiny name - That would be good, except I don't really know how to draw that. If you coudl show me how to make it look shine then I would.

split color - Yeah, that is a good idea, I will try to put that in.

I think I could implement it so that there is a glow tag (like the bold and italics tags) but I will try to make it so you can buy that tag.

i don't really know how to make it shiny either, maybe you could make it so the name is then a jpg with little goldy, yellowy colors showing up in the name every now and then? i don't know if that's possible...

i mean, like, taking some of the pixels and having them change to a gold color every now and then, or you could have it shine white depending on what the color of it is? i dunno. i guess i shouldn't suggest things if i don't know how to do them myself Embarassed

That would probably be too hard. Because the only reason that I could do colours and glow is because the are html tags (i.e. you jsut type in:

filter:glow

Then the strength and the colour etc.
