Bring the comments and criticisms.

My opinion:

I think this looks amazing. All I would suggest is make the face features a bit more consitent, so they are easier to animate.

Ok first of all, the hair is pretty cool, now for the rest of the body: i think you should base the head more on the billy we already have. and if possible change the T-shirt to a jumper.

wow. that looks really good. the face is a little cartoony, but...

i think his should be less of an egg shape, and more of a watermelon kind of idea. like an upside down egg that has the shape of a watermelon...or something. and his neck could be a little smaller, and the color of the t-shirt should definitely be something else. maybe a red or a navy blue.

i know it looks like i'm really going at you...but i'm just trying to give my opinion. i mean, it's not like i could do any better than that. actually, maybe i could try drawing billy...although i'd probably fail miserably. i'm not too good with drawing on computers, but i'm really good at drawing by hand.

It's really wierd now. When I look at that new pic, then at my sig... in Yufster's drawing, Billy's head looks so squashed and silly. Didn't notice that before.

Fix the face and possibly change the color of the shirt, and that would be perfect! (And we can get away from our very pixelated look. A little pixelation is good, but we currently have waaay too much. Wink

I also think you should change the collor on his t-shirt, but it should be a t-shirt, and not a jumper...
