I said this in other threads, but there was an income rate before, and it meant that people were getting just too many points. I had 50,000 points without using any cheats or exploits, just due to the intrest rate of the bank. The bank just encourages people to post a bit, leave some points in the bank and leave. Items like glows are meant to be rare, and show that you have really been posting for a long time. If they were too easy to get, then soon enough people would have everything they want, and just be stacking up points...
