You can add a glow to your username (as you can see on mine), so in mine, the "James" would be glowing the colour of your choice.
If you add a title glow, it means that your title (for me "Super Game Maker" and for you "newbie") will be glowing the colour you choose.

Bit boring isn't it. It doesn't really glow and u need quite alot of points.

If you do it a bright colour, it makes your name stand out, and people will notice it.

i don't really think that it costs too many points to buy anything here, compared to the amount of points it takes at lucasforums. let me give you a few examples from lucasforums:
username glow: 300 points
name change: 800 points
buy a sig image: 900 points
buy a custom title: 1500 points
give other user a custom title: 1200 points
i personally am grateful that james has made the prices as low as they are, it just makes coming here so much more fun.
