I would pick it up, look round, see if I can see anyone who dropped it, then if I can't see anyone I would just take it.

i wouldn't find a 10 pound bank note, mainly because i live in the u.s., but if it was a $10 bill, i'd keep it cause i'm greedy. Mr. Green
