Sam & Max 2

I think we need a discussion about adventure games, so...

Are any companies going to revive Sam & Max 2? I heard they were. I think it was either Bad Brain Entertainment or Telltale Games. What's the latest news with those companies?

Sam & Max 2 was looking really good, and I think it would sell a lot. It was the next generation of adventure games Razz

There was a Sam And Max 2 in development. However, a couple of months before the release, LucasArts decided to stop the production. I am NOT pleased by this.

But I'm sure it's not the last time we see those morally lacking crime fighters. I think the production is currently on hold, so patience is needed.

cool, sounds a bit like rachet and clank and games like that which i didnt really like though.

I don't think it's like Rachet and Clank. It's an adventure game, like Grim Fandango or Monkey Island, but it had really good 3D graphics.

Bad Brain is negotiating over the rights and has some puzzles online to keep us entertained. The first 2 puzzles were unsolved, now there's a 3rd one which is easy, or so i've heard. I can't figure it out, maybe you can? (click on 3rd puzzle in the top right corner)

It just so happens I have an Egyptian Hieroglypic alphabet picture beside me Razz

. It translates directly as:

Which I guess means:

Message From Bad Brain.

Because Bad Brain is actually four-headed aliens from Uranus who uses an alternative version of the Egyptian alphabet as their official language (japanese is their second language). They have come to conquer Earth, and then force us to watch crummy cartoon reruns while eating radioactive chili dogs (and I'm talking REAL dogs here), while listening to elevator music!
