It's amazing. There is so much detail put into it. I watched the walkthrough video. The custom textures used are amazing, and you can do so much stuff. In the lounge he had a TV where you could change channel between CNN with the Gman and Cooking With Kleiner .

Then in the kitchen he had it so you could open all the cupboards and drawers. It's probably the nicest map I've ever seen for Half-Life 2. There is just so much detail in it. Here are some screenshots to give you a taste:
