sims2 expansion

i just saw in the shops yesterday the sims2 expansion, university, has anyone heard anything about it, played it or got it, if so can you post here about it because i was thinking of getting it, but dont know coz its quite expensive £19.99 (where i saw it)

apparently its ok but nothing outstanding, just more stuff and the fact that you are now at uni.

It got 76% in PC Gamer, which I guess is pretty good. But I won't be buying it.

i looked it up and basically all i could see was that you can play new instruments and wear wacky clothes and get a degree for jobs, i dont think it looks worth getting

speaking of which who has the sims2 coz you cant get the expansion without the game, well i suppose you cud but it would be a pretty dumb idea

anyway, i meant it would be a dumb idea to get the expansion with out the game coz it wouldnt work
