Ouch. Although that video does show one of the greats of parkour falling, the message there is to keep on trying and don't give up, I think that its important to bear that in mind. Don't just quit when you suffer your first set-back, get up and try again. _________________

What happened though? It looks like his hands slipped. That happened to me when I tried to kong vault over picnic table + school table. _________________

Wow... normally I don't watch wrestling but I just found this movie of some of the best tricks during wresting... it's amazing but also really dangerous... double backflip onto a guy's chest over concrete with loads of railings and stuff nearby
