Let's compare vertical jump heights. To measure it, go and find a wall, then stand flat footed and reach as high as you can, and mark that point on the wall. Then get some tape in your hand or something, and jump as high as you can from standing, and stick the tape on the wall as high as you can reach, then measure the distance.
Try and do it in cm and inches, and do one from running to if you want, and one from a one step wallrun if you want (I got a really high wallrun today, so I'll try to get a distance on it).
My standing is higher than I thought...
Standing Jump - 19 inches / 48 cm _________________

Standing jump: 19.7 inches / 50 cm
I don't think this is absolutely correct but it should be more or less that _________________ Moderator, Developer, Free Running newbie |

I can touch the ceiling so this is quite hard for me. And We now have a painting hanging on the wall on the stairs so I can't do it there either _________________

I'm not quite able to do this very well. It's kinda hard to measure... but I'll see.
I got one good jump that was 47cm (18.5 inches)- this is a standing jump.
This is a good jump because I am a shortass. _________________ Face plant |

Well that's a lot better than at school when you couldn't even reach the top of that building outside the music school
In the middle of my exercising yesterday I did some jumping and I got 21 inches (it may be a little more or a little less though because it's hard to measure) _________________

I was wondering how you managed to measure it acurately, do you hold the tape in your hand and then add on the distance of your fingers? I find this hard to measure as in my highest jumps, when I'm at the peak of my jump my arms are at my sides.

Well I managed to just touch the ceiling in my hallway (luckily it's the perfect height), and I measured the distance from my heighest reaching point to the ceiling as 21" _________________

I photographically memorised the place where my hands touched the wall in the jump. This is easy in my house as there are picture rails and ornate border things that go around the top of the walls at different heights, so you have something to compare the points to.
ALSO, I didn't write:
