more ranks?

i noticed that i have 16 posts and my ranking is still newbie. i think that there should be more ranks, judging from the fact that i'm not really a newbie anymore.

i would suggest having a rank after newbie when you have a minimum of 5 posts, but i don't really have any ideas. i don't know any of the other rankings either, mainly because i haven't seen them.

any suggestions for different rank names?

Yeah, when I was making the ranks I was really stuck to think of them, because i don't have any easy ones (like if these were the MI forums, I could use the characters from MI).

So if anyone else has any ranks, I'll put them up. This is what they are at the moment:

Minimum Posts - Rank Title
0 - No-Poster
1 - Newbie
20 - In-frequent poster
70 - Frequent poster
200 - Big-Time Poster
500 - Crazy person
1500 - Shouldn't-I-Be-A-Moderator-By-Now?

we need some kind of theme. you could do things from dota, but then people would be like "oh, what's this supposed to be?" and stuff. uhh...gee, this is harder than it seems. especially with nothing to start on.

minimum posts - rank title
0 - Level 0
1 - Level 1
5 - Level 2
10 - Level 3
25 - Level 4
50 - Level 5
100 - Level 6
250 - Level 7
500 - Level 8
1000 - Level 9
1500 - Level 10

What about that?

actually, you're level 4, but that is a good theme. maybe we could make a title for each level. like:

0 posts- level 0: game over
1- level 1: the abduction
5- level 2: the rescue
10- level 3: escape
25- level 4: the chase
50- level 5: capture
100- level 6: the experiment
250- level 7: broken free
500- level 8: the take-down
1000- level 9: the climax
1500- level 10: return home
2000- big winner
